Signature Logo Design for Realtor

Contest Brief

I am in need of a logo designer who can craft a custom-made signature logo for my realtor services. The logo should feature my name, 'Nick Taylor', elegantly and sophisticatedly on the first line with 'REALTOR ®️' underneath. I'm seeking an elegant and sophisticated design that is modern and minimalistic. Make it like a Signature as if it was Hand Written.

The color scheme should be classic black and white. However black and Gold is fine too. The logo should put a unique emphasis on the initials 'N and T', however, no additional graphical elements like symbols or icons are required.

Ideal skills and experience include:
• Graphic design with a portfolio of minimalistic, elegant logo designs
• Experience with logo design for professionals in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail to achieve logo simplicity and elegance
• Creativity skills to design a logo using only letters and colors
