Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to create a short 2D animation video for me. The desired length of the video should be between 1:13 minutes. The animation style I am looking for is digital 2D. I already have a complete script for the animation, so the freelancer will not need to come up with a concept or story.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in digital 2D animation
- Strong storytelling and concept development abilities
- Ability to bring the concept to life through animation
- Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing animations

I am open to suggestions and collaboration, but I do have a clear vision for the animation and would like the freelancer to bring that vision to life. If you have experience in digital 2D animation and are interested in working on this project, please provide samples of your previous work.

We are a real estate agency in the Netherlands specializing exclusively in property rentals. In the Netherlands, the rental sector your property falls into can dictate certain rental price restrictions for landlords. This classification is determined using a points system. We assist landlords by performing this points assessment, creating a property floor plan, and advising on the potential rental price they can ask for their property.

On our website, we have a dedicated page offering this service. We are looking to feature an animated video on this page, explaining the significance of the points system and highlighting the services we offer. Essentially, this video serves both as an explainer and a promotional tool. While we aim to have the video in Dutch, complete with Dutch audio, we've provided the script in both Dutch and English for clarity.
