I am wanting my logo to be redesigned.
See attached current design.
I want to make it more sophisticated and less masculine..Importantly there needs to be a link to the GRIP part of the logo with a..

the grip part is probably the hardest part. creating a mini icon within (not above or to the side) the logo that represents a grip action. The challenge is so that it doesn't look aggressive, masculine etc.
