Title: Retro Service Station-Inspired Restaurant, Bar, and Entertainment Property

Description:

Visualize stepping back in time, where classic cars and vintage aesthetics dominate the scene. The exterior of this property will be reminiscent of an old-world service station, offering a unique blend of nostalgic charm and modern allure.

Color Palette: The primary color for the building's exterior is a pristine white, which will provide a clean and sophisticated look. To add a splash of contrast and vibrancy, emerald green trim will be used, evoking a rich and regal ambiance.

Center Facade aka Orginal Gas Station which is the closet to the street: Nestled right under this covered portion will be two vintage-style gas pumps, serving as focal points and reinforcing the service station theme.

Right Side Facade: To the Right of the heart of the gas station structure will feature a quaint covered patio that will be attached to the building with the two garage doors, extending approximately 25 feet from the building that will cover the cemented area inside the metal fence. This area is shielded from the elements, providing patrons with a comfortable space to mingle and enjoy.

Outdoor Leisure Area: To the right of the future covere patio where you see grass there will now be transformed into a turfed recreational space. Visitors can look forward to lounging on chairs or gathering around bench tables. Those seeking some fun can partake in a game or two of cornhole, available on the turf, ensuring the area remains lively and engaging.

Left Side: Simplicity is key for the left side of the building, which will be elegantly painted to match the rest of the structure. This side serves as a canvas, leaving room for future artistic or functional embellishments.
