I would like to have an image very similar to this idea made for my design of a 3D model: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-illustration/hand-drafting-design-villa-building-becoming-496229929

- Here is our rendering we would like you to use on the right side: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y5babc1vh4qtiuh/P10-03-980806-PP-V01%20%281%29.jpg?dl=0 for the main image. It is very high quality so you should be able to zoom in and out as needed to get a good framing on the image.
- Here is a second version of the same image in case you need it but I would prefer using the first image for having a nicer background design (https://www.dropbox.com/s/p9ysit47ci6s6ep/P10-03-980806-PP-V02%20%281%29.png?dl=0 ). You can use this file as the drawing part which should be on the left side of the image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hmvsxaknsgkbsp1/2019-10-21.STEP?dl=0
- Including a hand that is doing the drawing is optional
- Here is another version but I don’t like this style as much (https://www.shutterstock.com/image-illustration/hand-drafting-design-villa-pool-1212001780 ).

Hello Contest holder, can we get the source model file? A Revit or Sketchup or 3Ds Max file? One can easily create the effect from inside those applications.
