  Hi, there's a tool in illustrator that is called "image trace", every entry here (except mine) are using that tool which is automatic and gives you a resulting image in seconds, composed of strokes without detail, but fairly accurate to your original drawing. If that's what you are looking for I recommend you to delete this contest and do it for yourself, saving your money from all of this people that would take it away so easily. Unless you want to pay somebody for clicking a button.
