Redesign our Logo, do it better then now. The Logo you can found in the Attachments.

Logo Requirements:
- Better then now (i have no idea)
- I like Text Based Logos
- I don't like colors
- Its a Agency Logo
- Digitaltim means: Digital and Tim means a Person Name
- Digitaltim means: A Digital Person helps you
- The actually Logo is on a "Digital" Font
- The letter "M" is actually a Flying Suite and simulations a professionell Person
