Contest Brief

I am looking for some kind of mailer marketing material to send out or give to residents to gain leads for real estate. It has to be something they would want to keep and put on their fridge as a magnet (Like Raiders game dates, but with COVID I don't want to do that since it may change). I am based in Las Vegas. It could be something small like a magnet, 5x7 card, or larger like a 8x10 flyer to pass out. It was to be attention grabbing. Vegas is a sellers market right now so houses are selling fast at a higher price. Whatever it is, I'd like it to be cheaper to print.

On it, it has to include my name, contact info & license number along with my broker Forever Homes logo & address. (it can be either logo, see image attached). I also have a logo for myself that can be included, but it doesn't have to be. My brand colors are on my business card that is attached along with my contact info. I like the font Montserrat. The example 1 that I attached is for the wording, but I hate everything about the design. My Website backdrop attached is to give an idea of my vibe for design. I like clean/modern and simple. It will be a lot of words on the paper and I don't want it to look too busy.
