"Café & kitchen" interior design

Contest Brief

I have an idea for a "cafe & kitchen" place in my university. But I need an interior 3D visualization for my project so I can present it to the management.
I need to be specific type of café, so I will upload some sample photos of designed cafés so you can get my idea.
I will upload also a manually drawn scheme of the place, but I need the 3D interior only for the "BAR AREA" and the "CAFE AREA", the others is NOT needed.
Moreover I need around the exterior walls (and the column) of the cafe a specific types of furnishing, so I will upload a photo of that too. Briefly said, I want around the exterior walls to be with couch (sofa) so maximum space of the café to be used.
Also for the "Bar area" I will give you samples of bars, how I want it to look.
Take in mind that the cafe is in the university. The colours of the interior furnitures of my future café could be brown, beige, white, grey, etc.
Please also if you could draw me a scheme with the location of tables and chairs. And last but not least, the space of the café should be optimized in full.

    Hello, what you request is a work of drawing and design that apparently is very simple but the level of the people that participate here is a "high level", with very good ideas and designs, the money that you offer pays for the work, but not pay all the ideas and effort of all the participants. If you want good proposals it is important that you offer a good reward.
