Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled PowerPoint designer to create a template for an information presentation. The template will be used for showing information to residents of an apartment complex. The information should be displayed in center of the picture with the graphics being a border around screen edge. A forest theme with wildlife possibly.

Color Scheme:
- I am open to suggestions for the color scheme and would appreciate the designer's input and expertise in choosing the right colors.

Design Elements:
- I need help with design ideas and would like the designer to come up with creative and visually appealing elements for the template. The information would be in the center of the picture with design elements around the border. The logo is attached. The name is Hartford Woods, so probably some kind of nature scene. A Deer would be nice also.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint design
- Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to create visually appealing presentations
- Experience in creating templates for business presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate client feedback
- Excellent communication skills to understand the client's requirements and vision
