We need:

A Logo
Business cards
Letterhead
Envelope A4
Emvelope A5
2 banners 234*60 and 468*60
A document with colors and fonts etc.
Letterhead also in Word and emailformat.

The company
7plus is a company that helps private investors to invest in Real Estate. 7plus selects the properties for them and helps them buy and rent out or buy and sell for higher price. All work that needs to be done (select tenant, fix minor things, contractors etc).

7plus stand for the yield that we guarantee. We guarantee 7% yield minimum for all properties that we select. Most cases we can offer higher yields, thats why we call it seven plus 7%+ yield.

All designing source docs need to be handed over at the end of the contest and ownerships and full rights will be handed over at the end of the contest (Adobe illustrator, PSD, JPG, printing PDF's with crop lines in the right place and with the right settings etc etc).

Some general comments: We like combination of orange and grey, orange and black and green and blue. Besides that we like to be suprised ;-).

try to make designs with the 7 as apart of the plus, some designs have to much attention to the PLUS word, while the 7 has less attention.
