Contest Brief

Floor plan and sketches of interior design for modern office. Walls can be removed, but should try keep changes to existing walls as little as possible. Some changes are however required to reach the goal. Requirements:
- Office seating for 18 developers in open space. With possibility to reorganize space (without moving walls) to + 10 developers
- Lounge area with kitchen
- Separate room for table tennis/play area. UPDATE: Can be combined with lounge area
- Small meeting room 2-4 people
- Large meeting room 8-10 people (or more)
- Entrance should be welcoming

The office should be comfortable and give a feeling of a second home, somewhere you gladly will spend your day. There exist some videos of the room.
UPDATE:
- Toilet areas should not be changed. Kitchen/kitchenette should be in conjunction to toilet areas, where there is access to water.
- plan_info.png contains indication of entrance and toilet areas (that should not be modified).
- corridor walls can be modified, but with care - these walls have electricity and will be more expensive to adjust. However, some of them can be modified/removed to have a good total solution.

Thank you! Could you tell me the height of the ceiling? and how high are the windows from the floor? I would like to make a 3D to show some spaces. :)
Also, I wanted to know if you plan to change the floor for carpet perhaps or keep the existing one?

  ceiling is 2.85m. Height of windows from the floor, I do not have this figure, but based on the photos I would guess 80cm, given the height to the ceiling.

  Thank you very much for the drawing in autocad and for the rest of the information. There are a few small differences with respect to my drawing but nothing that affects my main idea and that cannot be adjusted easily at the time of making the drawings for construction
