Contest Brief

I'm looking for help to design a new logo and branding for my business, North Coast Design, an architectural design company. My goal is to make something modern and minimalist that reflects the unique value I bring to my business and clients. I already have an idea of what I want the logo and branding to look like, but I need help developing it into something that captures my values and vision perfectly. I would need it to be designed for both print and digital media.

I have been playing around with some logos on free AI software and have something that I think is close so would like attention to this with your own recommendations, as well as the other concept options as a comparison.

Attached is what we like and we want it that it can be a little bit versatile so the logo in the 'O' can also be used as a logo by itself, so that we can have it in either the stacked format (one word on each line below one another) or all in one line, and even possibly having just 'NCD' in one (like IMG_4761).

We like the font of the main text however the slogan font we think we would like 'Stylus BT' as this font is used on our documentation every day so reflects strongly with our brand.

The logo itself (the house) we would like a more modern / complex looking design, or potentially something like the other attached snip.

I have attached the examples that I created using AI, and I have also attached a local business that has a similar kind of concept.

Our colours are red, white and black

If this is successful, we also are currently purchasing another business that we would like to replicate the same logo with in its entirety (font, colour, logo etc.) the only difference is the name (Domestic Drafting Service).
