Need to write a macro which will convert html text to cell in excel and format it.

For e.g.,
<p>An unordered list:</p>
<ul>
<li><B>Coffee</B></li>
<li><U>Tea</U></li>
<li>Milk</li>
</ul>


Will display as
An unordered list:
• Coffee
• Tea
• Milk"

This is just an example but macro should convert all the tags in HTML
