Style of the ad:
- Colorful and vibrant yet professional

Design elements or themes:
- While I do not have specific design elements in mind, I have a general idea of the style I am looking for. I am open to the designer's creativity and suggestions. Please see the attached template for your review.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging ads
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and bring creative ideas to life
