Will accept starting minimum ground plus 3 floors.....!

Format - Drawing, hand-drafting, sketch, software generated, etc. All forms accepted.

Partial Design not covering all requirements but one that gives an idea of the design will also be considered.

Unleash your creative talent!

Need basic layout concept floor wise for modern single family home. You may submit partially and if you win, I will work with you for the remaining requirements.

I've intentionally not sealed this as I am looking for unique ideas from all participants. Hence if you see something close to what you have in mind, offer something different. For similar plans, most creative will win.

Looking for an exceptionally unique floor wise plan/drawing for a 7 stories modern home. Land size 54 feet (deep) x 40 feet (wide). Each floor 48 feet x 34 feet. Front (North) face open only (green). Yellow mark are other plots. Concept must be provided with dimensions. Flavour of modern homes in LA, Miami is a good ref. Feel free to contact for more details if you need. Winner will be given the opportunity to work on structural detail drawing, construction supervision, interior design and the whole 9 yards.

Dear All....The main reason to post this is to find architects who understand space planning well. Pls do not submit plan or ideas that are not modern with western flare. Typical architecture of this region will not be given any consideration. As an example, let me put it this way. A 1200 sqft space design here typically feels absolutely claustrophobic, whereas a any 1200 sqft apartment/space in NY, UK, Miami, Branded Residences like Ritz Carlton, W, St. Regis feels like a million bucks and is comforting, cozy and every inch is utilised. I'm talking 1200 sqft of carpet area. I hope I could explain what I mean. Thank you.

  All you need now is the building dimension I have provided already. Easement of building code has been applied already and hence lot size and max floor space has been given. As I said, I'm looking for creativity and a fluid design. It's just the start. Details will be discussed and followed with winner. All the best....
