I'm seeking a designer to create a minimalist, modern leaflet to promote a product or service. The design should be sleek and modern, effectively conveying our message in a visually appealing manner.

Key Requirements:
- Creating a compelling, minimalist and modern design.
- Include logo and relevant product content in the design.
- Making the leaflet appealing to home and business owners.

Ideal candidates should have experience in graphic design, particularly in creating modern and effective marketing leaflets. Ability to understand and target the end consumer – that is, home and business owners – is critical. Proficient use of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is required. Previous work samples appreciated. Show us how you make complex information beautiful and easy to understand.

I'm setting up a cleaning company for domestic, office, end of tenancy and post build cleaning. I am using eco frendly products that are kind to the environment. I'm called Eco Clean. I'm in Northern Ireland and looking for a leaflet i can post/send out that encapsulates everything that i cover. Can be both sides of leaflet. Maybe one side domestic/commercial and one side end of tenancy/end of build? do have some content however i would appreciate some input into this as i want to explain my services in as few words as possible and i do tend to be too wordy :-)
I have no logo for my company yet so ideas are welcome

A logo would help too as i havent a creative bone in my body!
