Contest Brief

I'm looking for a skillful and innovative architectural designer/ Visualiser that specializes in residential properties, specifically single-family homes. I envision a modern, fresh design for the property which you'll capture in still and video Renders/CGIs. In this project, your tasks would mainly be focused on:

- Converting 2D plans to 3D ( preferably Revit)
- Create a simple modern extension (rear, loft or side extension.. you can choose)
- Create still Renders and/or Rendered Videos of the extension.

Your design should be practical, stylish, and modern. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential architecture and a keen eye for modern design elements. Ready to work? Let's create something unique.
