I'm in need of a designer to create a minimalist logo for my business, IVY Properties Company.

The successful freelancer will:
-Minimalist Design: The logo should be clean and uncluttered, showcasing the essence of minimalist design. It should be easily recognizable and memorable, even in its simplicity.
-Color Scheme: The primary colors of the logo should be green and white. We are looking for a shade of green that represents growth, freshness, and stability, aligning with the real estate industry's focus on growth and prosperity.
-Incorporation of Ivy Leaves: The most unique aspect of our logo should be the creative incorporation of ivy leaves into the design. The ivy leaves could be stylized or abstract but should be integral to the logo’s overall look and feel.
-Versatility: The logo should be versatile enough to be used across various mediums, including online platforms, print materials, billboards, and business cards. It should retain its clarity and impact in both large and small scales.
-File Formats: Final deliverables should include high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS), as well as JPEG and PNG formats.
