Contest Brief

Hello! I'm looking for help designing a marketing brochure... something professional - modern - classy. I envision sending it out as a multi-page PDF with each page connected via a standard design. 8.5 x 11 printing please. And I've attached the information I'm looking for on each page below, along with some logos, renderings and other graphics. Lastly, I'll ask for the editable files so I can make updates to the content down the road. Thanks in advance!
