Contest Brief
Looking for a Bespoke user friendly Pro-Forma for invoicing. Pro-Forma coud be simple excel or similar but needs to be small file size for emailing and not able to be edited by recipient.
-Pro-Forma and invoices must include Logo, Phone number, email & Web address.
-As an australian business it will also need to include abn as well as calculate and display the GST (sales tax) calculated as 1/11th of total value
-A nice bright straight forward form to easily fill invoice.
-Include a button to email invoice to customer once completed.
-Pro-Forma should link to Customer details for auto fill and record keeping.
-Incremental Invoice number should automatically assigned and date auto filled.
-A drop down of items should be made available for user to fill during set-up.
-An invoice summary available by customer as well as a running monthly total.
-Invoices are generally for only one or two items at a time.

Than You all for your entries to date. The standard of most entries as been very high and I will have a hard time picking a winner. Please note that the GST in Australia is +10% on top of the cost of goods. There has been some variations in interpretation as I have noted 1/11th of the total value. This is how we work out the GST on the total value of an invoice. e.g $200 item plus 10% GST = $220. 1/11th of the "Total" payable is GST. We are able to work and declare the tax either way but for the sake of clarity I will make it a plus GST So if the items are 1. $145 2. $360 then create a sub total $505 then add GST (@10%) $50.50 for the total payable of $555.50. The format used by allis fime but the calculation may need to be adjusted.

a). Best meets the criteria as detailed and explained.
b) Is the one that we believe will achieve the most with the least input.
