Contest Brief
Imagery used in media for cyber-security and cyber-warfare has become stale. We are all used to (and tired of) the Matrix style green lines of code streaming across a screen, we have all seen dozens of images of malevolent looking coders in hoodies hunched over a keyboard. How many padlocks with code streaming behind them have we seen on our screens? This is all getting tiresome.
Our company posts many articles on these topics and we need more of this (high-resolution) creative art and imagery. For this contest, we are looking for some of the most creative and fresh ways to visualize cyber-security and cyber-war. We would use these to put atop articles on these topics at War on the Rocks (www.warontherocks.com).
PLEASE visit the site and click on the article to get an idea of the dimensions we require! We generally post the images as 1330 pixels (wide) by between 800 and 888 pixels (tall) but would like what you send to be of a higher resolution than that. We will require the vector files as well as JPG and PNG versions.
And PLEASE be creative. If you just spent five or 10 minutes on something, I will be able to tell and we won't accept your submission.
