Contest Brief

I'm looking for someone to help illustrate elements of a new space themed boardgame.

Style: funny, cartoony

(Opportunity: winner will be hired for further illustrations)

I need 5 illustrations for now. 4 planets illustrated. They will be printed as game pieces (5cm diameter). And 1 word illustrated.

The planet illustrations will be used to print on a 5cm diameter game token for players to place over other planets on the board (to show that they have terraformed the planet)

For this contest looking for a minimum of 2 out of the 5 illustrations

looking specifically for fun simple cartoony look, similar to Futurama style (the game is designed for kids) (so not looking for warhammer 40,000 adult comic book vibe)

Illustration 1: Slime alien planet
• Fluro green slime covered planet

Illustration 2: a home planet of robot alien race (the planet is not a robot) but the planet surface is covered by metal and machinery
• Grey and silver (maybe with some red digital lights) machine covered planet

Illustration 3: Ice & Snow alien planet
• Frozen ice and snow covered planet

Illustration 4: orange/yellow gas cloud alien planet

Illustration 5:
• The word SMIG in huge letters (all caps)
• Each letter in the matching style to the planet type so:
o The S to be fluro green slime textured
o The M to be grey/silver metal/machine textured
o The I to be white/pale blue frozen ice textured
o The G to be orange yellowy cloudy/gas textured
