I need to vectorize this image where the lines have been thickened to be less than 3mm. I also need all lines connected and closed for the laser cutting to properly create the outline cut.

The deliverable:

a vectorized outline of this image with no black line less than 3mm.

Colorization is not needed and it can be black and white.
