Hi, I want to make a short film animation with this style https://vimeo.com/224650749
For now I just want to see the reference images in attached into one illustration.
A layer with the background in PSD, and another layer with the foreground in Vector to animate.

I';m looking to hire for the entire project. About 8 illustrations for 100$. I know isn't much, but it's a personal project.
