Contest Brief

Hello designers! We need to build an amazing forward thinking Real Estate Website show casing Real Estate Services (pretty easy!). We have an old website www.Alavi.Agency which we want to inegrate to our new name and look (which you can see colors and look @ www.Tourvia.com). Here is where you come in! We would like to sample your skills by building our Home Page. The home page should look like the www.Tourvia.com but have the content and feel from www.alavi.agency.

Whomever wins the home page designs will get the proejct for the entire site which we will pay up to $1000-$2000 for the final product depending on your skills. (If you do not want to build the entire website, thats okay, knock our socks off the home page and win the $250 challenge!)

The main site is mainly all static except for a few contact modals and 1 sellers intake form (see http://alavi.agency/sellers-intake/). These skills are not needed for the contest, but will be required if you are to win the bid to build the new www.Tourvia.com

Tips:
- We love if you make the website a bit dynamic, instead of strictly static. (not required though!)
- Make sure to use www.Alavi.Agency as your placemaker for the content needed.
- Please feel free to message us if you need additional photographs and content or have general questions.
- MUST Incorprorate all of the sections seen in the attached PDF. I have attached the PDF twice, top and bottom incase you missed it. If you cannot open the PDF, please message me and Ill get you the document in another form.
- Please feel free to use any additional photos attached, BUT use everything you want from www.alavi.agency
