I need some Graphic Design for a real estate yard sign

Contest Brief
I just got my new logo created by using a contest and I was very happy with all the submissions and results I received!!! So I wanted to do it again. This time, I need to create a yard sign that that will be placed in front of a house when selling real estate. I have attached some samples of ones that I like.
Please do not make the KW logo as large as my logo!!! It is a secondary logo. I am pushing my own brand but I am under KW company. Please do not make it as important as my branding.
Do NOT Add FOR SALE or any other text!
Must be simple, catchy, classy, not too busy, and blow all of these samples out of the water. I want people to drive by this sign and go
"Wow! That's actually a nice looking sign!" I've attached some "nice" signs that are simple and classy but I want mine to be WAY better.
Our company colors are red, white, black. It's a certain red though.

Signs come in two sizes so I would like two versions. 18" x 24" AND 24" x 18" (inches).

Attention everyone! I'm sorry but I am not getting what I thought I would get. Most of the submissions are completely off! I don't need any other logos, graphics or icons injected on to the poster. I need simple, fresh, elegant, minimalist. Not crazy colors, patters, drawn vectors everywhere. I don't need my name twice. I have no idea why you guys are putting my name twice. It's in the logo! Some of you are not even using the logo.
