this is a book on flipping houses, want a shark flipping the house upside down or 3/4 of the way upside down and dollars bills coming from underneath the house....use good colors....at the top of book have a solid banner that runs all the way across the book horizontally and 3/4 inch high (will add text to this banner later) . Use your imagination. cover is 6 x 9
Title of book: Flip Homes like a Shark : The 5 easy steps to rehabbing homes!

don't forget the banner as asked, use $100 bills, good color is important, real shark, lift the house up not upside down, money comes from underneath of the tilted house....

I want $100 dollar bills coming from the bottom of the house as it is flipped over by the shark(yes shark is an animal) please read the instructions to be sure you have everything that I asked for? 3/4 inch banner across the top, my name at the bottom, house should be a real looking house not a cartoon house, you could take a bite out of house as its flipped over...
