Contest Brief

We are a new blog that is looking to run a survey but are having trouble with the submit button and text area styling fixed on a contact7 form.

Just need the text area to have a border, the title centered and the buttons to match the ones from the polls.

Would like the solution to be onpage or inline so I can adapt it in future if I please.
