Contest Brief

Rebranding my heating and conditioning company to Orange HVAC. The plan is to grow a scalable brand and use the color orange to stand out in a crowded market. I want Orange vehicles, uniforms, business cards and lawn signs but first I need a logo.

Maybe we could incorporate a snowflake and orange slice with a warm sun like glow? Although the snowflake is over used in this business and some people tell me a orange slice doesn't make sense. Maybe no orange slice in the logo but maybe a couple of green leafs on the O in Orange HVAC or maybe none of that.

I havent settled on a tag line yet, some of the ideas so far are Orange HVAC...
-a breath of fresh air
-from start to finish & beyond
-peace of mind simplified

Fresh ideas and opinions are welcome.

Ive uploaded designs that i didnt really like and my thoughts on these are as follows.

To be perfectly honest none of these really jumped out at me. They all seem very similar to the computer generated logo's I was getting from the logo apps.

I like symmetry in logo's which kinda rules out the A 1 & 2 and B 1 & 2. A3 & B3 are my partners favorites but to me they seem to be missing the uniqueness I'm looking for.

I like the orange and blue in the logo and I like the orange and black on the letters. I'd definitely like to see some more logo options with orange and blue and maybe orange and silver. For the name maybe cursive on the orange and black bold capitals for the HVAC.

Can I get more details like why you like to have an orange on your brand? Is it something related to fragrance or something like freshness?

  I dont know, most people seem to think the orange (as in the fruit) is kinda dumb. The brand "orange" is more about the color and standing out. Im leaning towards no orange slice/fruit in the logo (unless it was very subtle) but i do like the O in orange with a couple of small leafs aside from the logo
