Design HTML for eBay item descriptions.

We sell car parts and are looking for new item description templates for our eBay adverts.

Attached is the company logo

The template must have space to enter the following info:
*Item Title
*Vehicle Model
*Notes 1
*Notes 2
*Notes 3
*Notes 4
*Notes 5
Description
Warranty Info
Shipping Info
Returns Info

*Item Title, Vehicle Model, Notes 1, Notes 2, Notes 3, Notes 4, Notes 5 should all be in a prominent position and easy for the customer to see.

Competition entries can be presented as a screen shot of how the description will look, with full HTML code provided once the contest is awarded.

I have attached sample data for each heading to create the design.
