Contest Brief

I need a flyer to post on social media. I am a track and field coach. My company name is top speed academy. Web address is www.thetopspeedacademy.com. I need a flyer created in order to promote "Base training".
The information needed to be on flyer is below:

Base training for Track and Field.
When: Starts: September 6th-Nov 19th.
Where: American Indoor Sports Facility- Carrolton, TX
Trinity Christian Academy- Addison, TX
Fowler Middle School - Plano, TX

Ages: 7-11- Tues/Sat
Age: 12-18- Wed/Sat

What is BASE TRAINING?
The goal of Top Speed Academy's base training is to improve all aspects of running/sprinting mechanics while increasing endurance, training the nervous system, and improving muscular strength to prevent injuries and smooth the transition to more challenging workouts that will come later. TSA will accomplish these goals through track workouts, hill workouts, strength training, and high speed treadmill sessions.
