Contest Brief

I am looking for a picture of a EMT responder kneeling over someone who is hurt tending to his injuries. In the back ground I want an American flag and the EMT ambulance. I want it to look with the EMT and patient first in the picture with the EMT ambulance in the back ground over either shoulder and both pictures laying over the flag (like the American flag is in the back ground, please see attached pictures), the only color I want in the picture in the American flag everything else is black.
Please pay attention to details as I am only giving it to the winner with the most detailing. I am looking for work close to the soldier and firefighter picture I included (Please attached pictures, lots of detailing). The face needs to be more of a chisel face like in both the soldier and firefighter.
The Injured person should look a person with a nondenominational look.
This will be needed to be printed on a black, navy or maroon T-shirt
