Contest Brief

I need a grapic illustration of landscape and plot layout for a farm lodge. The plot is a little over 4 ha and will be turned into a lodge with 20 chalets
The chalets can be put in batches of 5 per ha or 10 in one are and 5 in different area within the plot..
The design shoul have a designated area for a small paddock for small stock, an orchard, garden, swimming pool either one for the whole plot or two in different areas, drive ways, fire place. And any innovative inclusion.
The entrance should be on the side marked CD

I just need a floor layout plan not final designs....
