Contest Brief

Need an email newsletter design ( Single page) in PSD. I will provide the sample content and references for mockup design. Here are the criteria ( please read all the points carefully)
1. Need a PSD design which should be editable fully each and every single part ( text / graphics ) . Version support minimum Adobe CS2
2. Design should be compatible with HTML5 development support( it is not included in this project, but your design should be support HTML5 development and it will be a responsive template layout)
3 You need to be available on IST morning time ( 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM) for any communication. If you required to discuss with me.
4. On final deliverable files if you can set text / images ( I will give it) that would be great as an added advantage.
5. Final files should contain with PSD file ( which should be compatible with latest version of Adobe ) and fonts files which will be used or any set of extra parameters you have used in the design.
6. Freelancer person should have previous experience in email newsletter design and have good ratings/ portfolio will be preferable but not mandatory . Your design will be the first priority for me to choose the winner.
7. There is NDA and you can't use the same design anywhere else.
