Contest Brief

I am look for someone who can create a great dog portrait for my 2 dogs exactly like the attached images.
We would like the backgrounds to be in various colours for different uses if ok?
The images we need created into the examples are img_1657 & img_1658

This can be a Vector based image

If possible adding dog collars on to them to with spots on like the attached pattern

I require this done by a professional and also supplied in formats such as png,jpg,pdf, psd and ai
