I need a visual aid (A4) to describe/show factors that lead to chronic inflammation, contributing to insulin resistance (diabetes) and other chronic, lifestyle related conditions. The tool will also show the lifestyle related interventions that mitigate this inflammation. This tool is to be used for patients and needs to be appropriate for people with a low health literacy.
