Contest Brief

I need Logo & Business Card design for a newly setup company called Mi Casa Staging.
Mi Casa means My Home in Spanish.
Staging refers to the Home Staging service that the company provides. It is kind of Interior Designing for home, but cater for helping owner to sell or lease the house. Please google if you don't understand this term.
As our business focus on individual home owners, I like the design to be 'warm' and friendly, simple and easy to understand.
Suggested color: f8582c (but definitely open to suggestion).
