I need someone to create html design of email notificaiton template for my company that will go out to users.

Attached is a document that has text for one of my emails that you can use an example in creating the design.

The email is for my social network www.fnmotivation.com

so the email template should be a design that fits the color theme and overall branding of the social network website and company logo.
