Contest Brief

DESCRIPTION: I need a basic website created that will be used for an informational site for the product called Kratom.

The website domain is http://www.natural-access.com. Website description is: Online resource for Kratom facts, news and Resources.

Here is a similar site to get an idea of what I am looking to have designed.

Create a logo for the site and some appealing graphics.

The site needs to have the following pages created.

1. home
2. contact
3. about us
4. kratom topic template page. This is an informational page where I will later add content. The page will be used as a template by me to create various information pages about various topics.
5. kratom links page. A page for links to other kratom resource sites

NOTE: no written content is required for this project, we will add content to pages after the site and templates are created. Also, this site does not sell products, so no ecommerce database needed.

Last, please create a simple form to be included on each page of the site for Newsletter sign up. The form for newsletter should have captcha to prevent spam and be configured to send submission to my email address.
