Contest Brief

We are looking for some of the best designs that our community can offer for Freelancer’s most prestigious award -- the Matt Barrie Innovation and Leadership Award. This is an award given to exemplary Freelancer.com employees who have achieved a high level of success through innovation and their leadership skills.

The design must: 1) be a plaque or trophy; 2) prominently feature the Freelancer.com hummingbird logo; 3) have design elements that represent innovation and leadership; 4) contain a fighter pilot helmet (similar to the one attached) as a design element; 5) contain the text "Matt Barrie Innovation and Leadership Award" inscribed into the trophy/plaque.

Be creative! We want to see outside-the-box designs that are unique, refreshing and will make the award stand out in a trophy case!
