We require a stage backdrop design for our annual Corporate Kick-Off for the country's leading Cybersecurity firm. The event will be attended by 150 employees and several presentations will be held. Required Dimensions is approx 9m x 5m, details are in the attached drawing. There is also a design idea attached and CI files for logo and possible backgrounds (optional).

The central area is for the projection of the slides and need to stay white. Floor and floor header are not part of the design, it will be black carpet.

One question sir. The sample stage dimensions showing the height should be 4.04 m . but in the description says 5 m height. Please clarify which one to follow?

I have a few questions. What is representing that central area with turquoise square? Is that what needs to be designed or is everything around it? Are the floor and the floor header also the part where the design is going to sit?
