Contest Brief

Hello!

We’ve recently completed a design contest for our Book Publishing Division (LHC Publishing) and were so impressed with the results, that we are launching this additional contest. We are now looking for a new logo for our MOTION GRAPHICS division of our business called LoewenHerz-Creative.

This is the name of a business that mainly creates short 30-50 second motion trailers for books of all genres. Therefore, we ask you guys to come up with something that is NOT genre specific.

We are looking for a super creative logo (mainly BLACK & WHITE, with some optional red = #FF0000) that can be used on our main division’s website, business cards, branding, labels, in credits of trailers, etc. Please include the entire name "LoewenHerz-Creative," including the hyphen (-). Also, try to keep the letters L, H, and C a bit larger than the others (or make them stand out in some other way if you can).

Our tagline is "Book Trailers You Remember." Inclusion is completely optional.

Our new logo for our Publishing Division (see attachment) is super creative, but more on the conservative side. For our Motion Graphics Division, we hope you guys come up with something crazy-original and fun. Think outside the box.

We are so happy to bring you this competition and hope you like to work on such a fun task!

We request the final approved artwork is supplied as TIFF / PNG / JPEG/ EPS / AI / PSD.

We've taken out the lion reference in the project brief. NO lions, NO hearts. Instead, keep the core of our business in mind: advertisement for books in form of a 30-50 second trailer/ commercial. Please see our provided examples so you get an idea of what we like.
