I need a Logo designed for a nonprofit foundation.

Title of Foundation: TDT Foundation
Purpose: Organ Transplant Survivor Support

I would like the colors to include a green. This must be very professional design and simple logo.
Logo needs to incorporate the idea of "revitalization/second chances/angel/organ transplant ". This is a foundation for people with heart, lung, kidney, liver transplants.
