Design a Logo for "CobbleStone"

Contest Brief

I am looking for a Logo design for my new company, CobbleStone (one word). Cobble Stone is an old way of laying roadways, sometimes the stones were all the same shape and arranged an interlocking manner, and sometimes the stones were of different designs and laid in a more haphazard way. The name comes from the fact the stones were "cobbled" together to make a walkway, carriage way or roadway.

I would suggest you google cobblestone and view the images - I'd then like a logo that is modern enough to go on a business card but still has the basic premise of being a stone roadway cobbled together. It may be a path leading upwards and to the right, or a plain "wall" in a cobblestone effect, I'm open to ideas.

Please bear in mind that this will go on business cards, letter head, email signatures so it needs to be simplistic enough to be useable yet still be obviously a "cobblestone" concept.
