Design a logo for a waterproofing product

Contest Brief

I need to have a logo designed for a waterproofing brand (for basements, foundations, wood, etc.) The name of the brand is "Water Chasing Primer". I would probably want the "Water Chasing" part of the logo to be more prominent than "Primer".

The product is special because it actually chases the water into the foundation. So one idea of the logo would be a graphic of a cartoon figure made out of water, running. Like a water droplet as the head, or water making up the body, etc., while in a running pose. Maybe the chemical elements of water could be incorporated into the body of the running figure, like the 2 hydrogen atoms as the legs or arms, and the 1 oxygen somewhere in there. Or just a graphic of a cartoon figure chasing water away. Just a couple ideas, does not have to specifically be these, as long as it is eye-catching and demonstrates that this product chases water.

This logo will be used on the side of a paint can, so it will still need to fit visually in into a hardware store type of setting.
