Contest Brief

We are Orem Internal Medicine and are changing our name to Achieve Health! we need your help in designing a modern one of a kind logo for our re-branding to the name "Achieve Health." A little about us is that we are an adult primary care office in Orem, Utah and we are proud of our innovative methods for delivering healthcare. We offer a one-stop-shop of sorts for your medical care. We perform onsite laboratory blood work testing, x-rays, ECG's, vascular flow tests, spirometery, and much more! Our Motto is "Be Happy - Live Healthy... We Can Help!" Our mission statement is "We empower individual responsibility in healthcare decision making. We take every opportunity to evaluate, educate, and encourage individuals so that they may make healthy personal lifestyle interventions with a goal of medication-minimized productive longevity. As healthcare mentors, we model the principles that we teach: Moderation, Wellness, Mindfulness, and Social Engagement as important elements of lifelong health."
