Design a logo for 'Prose And Cons Media Literacy Fund'

I need this logo replicated with a few changes (the font is Impact)::

1. Take "Existing Prose and Cons logo" file and add "Movie Camera" file or a similar looking image into the negative space somehow (like the stack of books is in the negative space in the first O).

2. Do the same thing with "phonograph" file or a similar looking image.

3. Improve the image quality around the music note.

4. Make the horizontal lines from the music note the same height/ size as the lines in the n.

5. If you want to add additional images in the negative space related to 'media' go ahead. Pens, microphones, etc. would be examples of images that could work.

6. The (e) thing in Prose can be changed. Prose is spelled with an e, but the design of that (e) is not significant in any way.

7. Add a vintage, chalkboard (as if it was drawn in chalk on a blackboard) or newsprint effect on the whole thing; if that doesn't look good then don't
worry about it.

8. The logo is black and white (no color at all).

9. I need two versions of the logo. One to overlay on a white background, and one to overlay on a black background. Test to see the borders look good on both before submitting. Basically just invert the colors.

10. I need this emailed in all the various file formats needed (.psd, print, web, video, etc.)

11. If you do this well I have about 12 other logos I need to get done

I have selected a winner and will be working with pedroeira6 to complete the logo. Do not waste your time by working on additional logos, as I have already selected a winner and will be paying the winner out once the design is finalized.

In other words 'Prose And Cons' are the only words in the logo, like the original logo I provided.

I simply want the old logo replicated. The additional terms "media literacy fund" should not be included; when you win the design, and send me the .psd, I'll add "media literacy fund" and "media productions" and "still & moving images" and "publishing" and the various arms of the company.

Please read the directions. We are reconstructing an existing logo, and improving it. It appears like some people have not looked at the existing logo. Those who have, thank you for reading the directions.
