Contest Brief

I have made a mock up in Word attached of a very basic design for a 1 page flyer. This flyer is geared towards children who are 7-12 years old. My design looks terrible.

I need two things:
1. I need a better looking design.
2. I need the design to allow me to easily replace the pictures and text on a frequent basis. I should be able to cut and paste images and text in and perform no design no use any special design software.

Please note- you should feel free to make a completely new design- just make sure there is space for 6 or 7 different stories on the page. Your design does not need to look like mine. It is very important that it is easy for a non-designer to cut and paste new images and text into the document.

Somewhere on the page should be space for something that says: To get your Flyer visit www.XXXXXX.com or email XXXXXX. It's free!

I have a mac and no special design software.

      Hi David,
Now you can see my work. Due to the fact that you don't know for sure (or you can't estimate) which is the printing area of your printer and the average word of your articles, I think this is the best design to choose. This file is entirely made in Microsoft Word (With MW elements only) so you will not have any problem to edit any item in this file, colors, text (color and text size), shapes. Even if you have a big picture, in any format ( 4/3, 16/9 etc) they will just perfectly fit in that place. If you have a short article you will be able to use the lowest space or the one most suitable for the size of your text, the same with an extensive article.
If you need any other info please let me know.
      Have a nice day.
