    Owners of the villa
    --------------------------------------------------
    some random rich family who likes minimalist decor (interior, exterior), not too many things, but the things they have, must be and look expensive (visually appealing).

    They are soo rich, that they deserve PBR texturing;
    (so if they are so rich then #increaseprize :)

    a couple of days ago they went somewhere on vacation, and they hired you to redesign the Villa. Also, they hired TGP from Munich to fix some stuff & clean the mess, and all of this in a week or less, if you reading this, it's gonna be a mess coz now it's even less.

    "Also how it should be composited? Its everything in single glTF ? Or separated? ...so we literally can just add some sort of 360 image as texture on the sphere."

    YES

    "Or its just like the whole property + 2 snowglobes alone ( night/day ) in total of 3 glTF?"

    SnowGlobe and The Villa are 2 separate .glb files

    dome = sphere;

    villaDome = clear sunny day with blue sky, some clouds;

    snowGlobeDome = night with the stars polar lights and moonlight;

    if you following mars example from SketchFab (that we posted earlier), then textures (images) of the

    - villa's dome is the blue sunny sky and the

    - snowGlobes dome is a night with stars that shine so bright so it lights up the whole scene (you need to achieve the blooming effect, from stars and polar lights, with vivid colors, and those blooming effect needs to be a primary light source, moonlight as well)

    Villa
    -----------
    some imaginary modern house (visually appealing), it doesn't exist in the real world. Everything that is shown on the Vision Board doesn't need to look exactly like. Improvise, be creative, show your top skills, because future projects will depend on the model quality you did. Considering approximate 100 MB file size including textures.

    So if you even considering long-term cooperation with us, we meant future projects for you too.

    The only interior that going to be shown is in the attic, and it' will be a minimalistic design. Not too many pieces of furniture, and if everything is modern and placed creatively it going to look great.

    Honestly i am a bit confused about the requirements/things that needs to be done ( probably as most of the rest ),
    so in short what we need to do?
    - Snowglobe next to a villa ( Confirmed )
    - Villa ( Confirmed )
    - Swimming Pool ( Confirmed )
    - GARDEN ( Confirmed )
    - PLAYGROUND ( Confirmed )
    - Property ??? I suppose that's just environment.

    Also how it should be composited? Its everything in single glTF ? Or separated?
    Because i imagine if its everything in single glTF the Snowglobe will be super small compared to the rest of the scene and will be even hard to get close to it as the camera will get sensitive, so we literally can just add some sort of 360 image as texture on the sphere.

    Or its just like the whole property + 2 snowglobes alone ( night/day ) in total of 3 glTF?

    Also i see there's real objects/buildings mentioned, so maybe the villa exist in real life? Google maps link would be great if true to get better idea how everything is placed there.

    SHOW YOUR SKILLS
    --------------------------------------------------
    it is important to emphasize that your .glb entry displays baked shadows, lights, reflections.

    it is important because in the snow globe is winter starry night, everything is covered with snow, and everything is glowing lighted by moonlight, stars, polar lights, street lights. everything's baked

    and Villa windows are reflective. they reflect surroundings

    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
    ----------------------------
    when exporting to .glb scale down your whole model so it could fit into a startup cube in your 3d modeling software

    * We do not use envMap so metallic models against a black background are "invisible"
    * We do not cast shadows, so they have to be baked

    * add depth to elements - to add backFace visibility

      because of more photorealistic and more "natural" look, microsurfaces, reflectivities, metalness maps, fresnel, a cavity map etc.

      the most difficult thing is to maintain accurate albedo, reflectance, and roughness values. You can always cheat and adjust values to look good in one specific lighting condition, but this may look bad in other lighting conditions. If you do this correctly, with physically accurate values, it will look good in all conditions.

    "what is the fair prize for 3D project exactly like our vision board?"

    Considering the quality requirements ( which is from highly realistic to photorealistic ) if making everything from scratch ( 3D Modeling + PBR Texturing ) its a long term job since there's lots of models incl. complex ones ( especially optimizing it for glTF while maintaining the quality of examples from substance would be not as easy as just rendering it ).

    I'd say from €500 ( a steal from artist ) to €5000 ( probs the standard ).

    Ciao! Apparently I showed up late to the party, but I am very interested in your project.

    A bit about me. I am an environment and texture artist, I primarily work with Substance Designer and Painter and can provide plenty of opportunity for both customization and optimization of pbr textures for your scene. Allowing us to go through different colors and materials with relative ease. Blender is also my 3D modeling tool of choice and I can provide you with detailed models as well.

    Since there is only one entry, would you be extending the project deadline at all?
